Latvia-China Chamber of Commerce and Cooperation

The Latvia-China Chamber of Commerce and Cooperation (LKTSK / LCCC) is an independent organization dedicated to promoting trade, investment, and academic collaboration between Latvia, the European Union, and China. Founded on the principle that meaningful international partnerships require trust, transparency, and cultural understanding, we serve as a bridge between European and Chinese business communities.

Our Mission

To strengthen bilateral relations between Latvia, Europe, and China by facilitating tangible business opportunities, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and building lasting partnerships that deliver real outcomes for companies, institutions, and professionals on both sides.

Our Vision

To become the leading platform for Latvia-China business cooperation. A trusted network where European and Chinese partners find reliable connections, practical market knowledge, and professional support for cross-border growth.

Core Values

Trust and Transparency – Every partnership we facilitate is built on verified information, honest assessment, and clear communication. We perform thorough due diligence to protect our members and partners.

Results-Driven Approach – We measure success not by meetings held but by deals closed, partnerships formed, and market entries achieved.

Cultural Intelligence – Our team brings deep intercultural experience spanning over 25 years across Europe and Asia, ensuring cultural factors enhance rather than hinder cooperation.

Long-Term Commitment – We build relationships that last beyond individual transactions.
